We are looking for an Assistant to the Talent Head Patient Evidence and Enabling functions as well as to the Talent Regional Lead Europe who is proactive, curious to learn, and digitally savvy to join us in our Talent team, based in our headquarters in Brussels; Belgium.
About the role
You will be working in a team that supports senior leaders and their teams by delivering high-quality administrative and project coordination support. You’ll play a key role in enabling smooth operations, preparing impactful communications, and contributing to strategic initiatives.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a global, cross-functional environment, closely partnering with the Talent Lead for Patient Evidence & Enabling Functions, the Talent Regional Lead Europe as well as other Talent Partners and assistants. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across departments and geographies to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
What you’ll do
Manage regular administrative activities: calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reportingCoordinate meetings, events, and logistics, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups; support team engagement activitiesAct as a liaison between managers and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication including proactively managing some emails and responsesSupport project coordination and follow-up on deliverables across multiple initiativesBuild reports, prepare slides, and support mini-projects with accuracy and insightCoordinate and prepare materials for performance/ talent management reviews with precision and confidentialitySet up and manage meetings in Teams, using tools like whiteboards and surveysPrepare clear and engaging communications for internal and external audiences
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an executive assistant, with strong project coordination skillsBachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including pivot tables), PowerPoint, and TeamsExcellent organisational and communication skills, with a high level of discretion and professionalismAbility to understand business topics and contribute meaningfully to discussions and planningComfortable with digital tools and eager to explore new technologies and ways of workingPositive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, with a strong sense of initiativeFluency in English both written and spoken is an absolute must; other languages are welcome
