Job Description
To control and monitor the preventive maintenance carried out as per schedule.To provide the resource and time for HSE training, work places, accommodation and facilities for staff.Ensure SO observation completion on time. TBT for all associated team members Ensure 100% legal complianceParticipating in all near miss incidents and accident investigations.
Participating in emergency exercisesRequiring that all incidents are investigated promptly and take appropriate steps for preventive recurrence.Attend safety committee meetingsSpread safety procedure across down teamTo manage, operate, repair, and maintain the building in a professional and diligent manner, consistent with the approved budget and industry standards, in the locale where the building is operating.To ensure fulfillment of occupants/customers obligations under the lease agreement of the space in the building.To purchase all equipment’s, tools, appliances, materials including consumables and supplies reasonably necessary and desirable for the operation and maintenance of the building.To handle all requests and complaints of the occupants/customers.To ensure stringent health and safety practices in all the areas, in the building. To retain all documents and records, till the minimum retention period.
To ensure compliance of legal & statutory compliances check list pertaining to integrated management system & norms/ restrictions affecting the building.
To ensure RAMCO uploading
To ensure safety standards implementation & engineering guidelines. Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time
OH&S Resoonsibilitv
To ensure DLF HSE Policy is understood by self and co-workers.
To ensure safety management system (DLF Safety standard, SOPs, EGs, OH&S procedures) is implemented and communicated to the team.To ensure OHS objective are understood and individual objectives are completed as per the defined target date.To identify risk at his work place, control measures are implemented and communicated to concerned employees.
Actively Participation in Employee Consultation Forum and other OH&S related meetings.
To report all incidents, NMCs, SOs that have occurred are reported and take participation as per IISC, SO procedures.To ensure work is carried out as per the Permit to Work standard and also implementation of all identified control measures as per risk assessment (JSA, HIRA, TBT, etc)To attend all the training as per TNI and Training plan.To ensure that all OH&S related documents are maintained, tracked and tracked as per assigned responsibility.Accountability:
He is accountable to ensure that work is carried out as per DLF Safety management System.
