McCain Appetizers Europe is een opkomende grote speler in de appetizers. Deze zijn gebaseerd op verse groente, hierbij moet je denken aan uienringen, gepaneerde champignons en Wings. Als Assistent-Teamleider werk je samen met de Teamleider en de Hoofd Operator Inpak. Ons productieproces is verdeeld in 3-ploegen, samen met je ploeg zorg je ervoor dat het proces op rolletjes loopt. Samen met je Teamleider motiveer stimuleer en coördineer je je team zo dat alle deadlines worden gehaald. Het ene moment ben je en luisterend oor en het andere moment zorg je ervoor dat de planning rond is of sta je gewoon mee te werken tussen je team.

Jij bent een team-player die met passie leiding kan geven, je bent betrokken maar kunt ook de juiste prioriteiten stellen. Je bent daadkrachtig, kunt overtuigen, laat je niet snel gek maken en behoudt in elke situatie jouw helicopterview. Je bent niet vies van hard werken, en samen met je ploeg laat je de productie op rolletjes lopen. Je vindt het leuk om te werken in de voedingsindustrie.
