Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years in a table games supervisory role preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and table games operating systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong understanding of table games operations and protection.
Able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Must be 21+ and able to obtain/maintain required gaming licenses and certifications (TIPS/CARE, First Aid/AED).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Provide friendly, fast, and helpful guest service to all guests and team members.
Supervise team members and manage overall operations of a designated table games shift.
Support operational goals and monitor performance, profit objectives, and guest satisfaction.
Assist with departmental scheduling and staffing needs in coordination with the Shift Manager.
Support the budget process and report concerns to management as needed.
Promote and ensure excellent guest service in line with company standards.
Collaborate with the Shift Manager to oversee guest service, comps, game layout, revenue growth, and expense control.
Share responsibility for team engagement, coaching, and addressing concerns.
Ensure accountability of gaming equipment, chips, cards, and dice.
Assist with table inventories, table limits, and documentation.
Maintain game integrity and security throughout the shift.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality in all departmental matters.
