Randolph-Macon College, an NCAA Division III coed institution and member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, invites applicants for a 12-month, full-time Assistant Swimming Coach.Responsibilities
•Mentor and coach student athletes in all facets, •Advise and help student athletes academically, •Organize practice including the planning and writing of pool and non-pool workouts, •Assist in meet day operations for both home and away competitions, •Recruit competitive student athletes that fit the requirements and culture of Randolph-Macon, recruiting coordination for ongoing recruitment of student-athletes, plan and organization for official recruit visits, and other duties as assigned •Position involves substantial weekend travel during the competition phase (October-February), mostly within Virginia. •Must have a valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record by insurance standards.
