You will play a key role in maintaining accurate documentation and optimizing supply processes. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Track purchase orders, confirm supplier receipt, and manage delivery timelines + Work with warehouse and procurement teams to resolve order delays + Assist in releasing blanket and standing orders under demand planner guidance + Maintain accurate documentation on inventory levels and delivery schedules + Analyze supplier performance and escalate concerns as needed + Support inventory control and stock management functions + Contribute to supply chain process improvements for operational efficiency + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain workflows **What We Are Looking For** + 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education, training, or experience + Experience in administrative, purchasing, or data entry roles + Strong background in working with external vendors and internal teams + Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree **The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed for This Role** + Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams + Strong organizational and time management skills + Excellent verbal and written communication abilities + Familiarity with ERP systems like PeopleSoft is a plus **What We Offer You:** We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.
