Delaware North Sportservice is searching for an Assistant Suites Manager to join our team at UBS Arena in Elmont, New York. At this exciting location, where no day is the same, you will never have a dull day on the job. As Assistant Suites Manager, you will be joining our talented team members, working together to deliver a memorable guest experience at every event. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $64,350 - $64,350 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Food setup and preparation standards, coordinating and supervising the activities of team members, and supervisory teamHiring, training, coaching, and scheduling of team members, and maintaining the daily operations of the suites areaMaintain positive client and customer relations by ensuring efficient, quality service and productsOrder and maintain all inventories for the area, determine quantities of related products, and purchase products required following company guidelines, ensuring product quality and controlling costsVerify sales reporting, cash handling, and payroll accounting reports, and prepare various cost and operational reports
