The ASM will need to have excellent communication skills, and be highly organized.   
Some of the responsibilities:
-daily running of the studio
-organizing grass roots events in the community
-team meetings and monthly goal planning sessions
-team schedule
-executing monthly marketing plans

Base hourly pay plus monthly bonus
Free Core Services Compensation: $25.00 per hour
