The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the following areas and will lead a team of roughly 25 year round and an additional 60 seasonal associates.
Sales
Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans with a defined area. Includes sales management, account management, channel management, field sales/merchandising force (including traditional trade, modern trade, wholesale, distributor and new business) and sales control and field evaluations. In some countries field sales force may be split from key account management (national and international).
Physical Retail
Responsible for achieving profit and sales goals for the Henderson, NV store in a direct to Customer retail environment. Strategically drives results to ensure that the store achieves its quantifiable performance. Includes Guest Service, Visual Excellence, Operational Efficiency, Talent Management.
Store Management
Responsible for the supervision, development and management of a retail sales team or department in an effort to achieve all market and budget objectives. Provides leadership and direction to store teams and coordinates assigned activities for related sales, advertising, pricing, marketing, and operations programs. Monitors sales performance, and various retail KPI's with ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed. Modifies or creates improved programs designed to maximize market success. Provides excellent customer service, strong leadership and upholds all visual and operational standards within the store. Analyzes sales statistics gathered by various teams to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
