Works under direct supervision.
**_MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_**
• Receives telephone calls which are basic & routine.
• Uses computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls.
• No selling responsibilities are involved with this activity.
• Typically transfers calls to appropriate person as necessary.
• May answer inquiries, resolve problems, and promote products/services.
• Requires limited knowledge of company, products, and/or services.
• May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
• Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
