The Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock is seeking an Assistant Spa Director. This luxurious property is surrounded by Sedona’s famous red rocks and is less than a mile from the village of Oak Creek. \nWhat will I be doing?
\nThe Assistant Director manages the daily activities Spa and Fitness Center. The Assistant Director helps oversee all aspects of the department including coaching and training staff, monitoring the facilities with the assistance of Engineering and Housekeeping, coordinating daily schedules for massages, treatments and fitness classes. Collaborates with the Director of Spa to create Spa Menus and a tasteful environment, is aware of current Spa market trends and is able to sell Spa Retail in a creative and successful manner. Also, will comply with any other additional requests that may arise pertaining to Spa and Activities duties.
\nSpecific duties and qualifications:
\n\nOversee the daily operations of the spa opening and closing procedures.\nProviding excellent customer service to clients.\nMust have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills\nAnswering phone calls, setting appointments, and greeting clients upon arrival.\nDrive service and retail sales by educating clients on products and services.\nMaintain a professional and impeccable spa environment for staff and clients.\nMust be able to work nights and weekends.\nKnowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management\nOutstanding interpersonal relationship building, employee coaching, and development skills.\nWork experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred.\nDemonstrated knowledge of basic economics.\nDemonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the organization's management team.\nEvidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.\nExcellent organizational skills.\nPlan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.\nMaintain and restock inventory.\nExperience with Book4time and specific Hilton brand experience is highly desirable\n\n#LI-JW1
