Summary: Assist the shift manager with the day to day operation and direct supervision of slot department during the assigned shift. Approve slot jackpots and fills. Monitor slot activity. Ensure staff is providing outstanding guest service. Handle any escalated guest and/or employee concerns. Safeguard company assets. Ensure department is following all gaming regulations and company policies and procedures.


Essential Functions:

Responsible for assisting the shift manager with the training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining and scheduling of assigned shift staff Ensures staff is performing their duties in compliance and within gaming and department guidelines Ensures plans for the effective use of labor are properly followed Maintains positive working relationship with other departments Works in conjunction with security and surveillance to detect any floor, employee, or customer irregularities Approves slot jackpots and fills Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations Works calmly and professionally in busy work environment while effectively multi-tasking Assists with escalated guest and/or employee issues Other duties as assigned
