Job Description

As a Harley-Davidson Assistant Sales Manager you will:

Help our Sales Manager Steer and manage the sales operation of new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson MotorcyclesAssist the business office operational activities related to providing finance, insurance, and extended service programs.Produce acceptable levels of revenue and profits for the dealership by selling Motorcyles,  finance, insurance, and extended service  programs to new and used motorcycle customers.Able to work cross-functionally with all departments, with an emphasis on the Sales Department and Finance DepartmentGuide and develop our sales team by using your leadership skills and sales expertiseMotivate our team to meet and exceed sales goals using open communicationDevelop our sales team by using your leadership skills to offer new and different sales techniquesCommunicate openly and consistently with our sales team and assess their needsTrack customer traffic peaks to provide consistent sales floor coverage for optimal customer serviceBe a visible leader to customers, service driven, and confident in our sales team to provide a world-class customer experience
