及时了解行业的状况,市场变化趋势,主要客户资源,配合助理项目经理制定积极合理的销售策略,并随着市场的变化及时调整策略,推动项目取得预期的销售目标。管理销售团队,推动团队以价值为导向进行销售,并完成各阶段的指标,包括展位收入,广告项目收入,电子商务收入,路演会议收入、展会核心买家和会议听众邀请等。管理销售团队以落实公司销售行为指标。负责团队的建设,培养团队人员,以提升团队成员的专业知识、能力、服务质量和工作效率。负责某几个版块开发,包括版块发展策略制定和执行,以使版块高速成长。亲自负责部分客户并达成个人业绩目标。基于项目和公司发展需求指定的其他工作要求
