Assistant Retail Store Manager
Camping World is seeking an Assistant Retail Manage to join our growing team.

The Assistant Retail Manager plays a key role in the dealership. They are responsible for assisting the Retail Sales Manager to drive business success by managing the accounting, operations, compliance, and shirk and profitability through the highest standards of integrity and ethics.

What you’ll do:Drive the business to success by delivering metrics and achieving success on the leaderboardConnect with customers and drive sales by asking open-ended questions to assess customer needs and make relevant suggestions for the customer's outdoor lifestyleDemonstrate safe practices and procedures in store by adhering to company standardsDetermine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customersSuggest add-on sales to increase average transactionsProvide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointmentsKeep customers apprised of work progressRecruit and hire qualified associates adhering to established pay guidelinesEvaluate, coach, counsel and train associates for successRecognize seasonality of the business and develop a strategy for merchandising the store for seasonal trends by adhering to company standards and planogramsParticipate in the creation of schedules which are geared to meet customers' needsInvolvement in the community to promote the brand and stay informed concerning competitorsWhat you’ll need to have for the role:Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and/or 3-5+ years retail management experience, preferably big-box format or equivalent combination and experienceMust be a minimum of 21 years of ageOutstanding oral and written communication skillsLeadership and interpersonal skills required to interact with all levels of the companyExcellent planning and organizing skillsAble to coach direct reportOccasional overnight travel may be requiredProficient computer skills to be able to maneuver in a windows-based environmentMust possess the core discipline of foundational excellence to maintain high standards of facility, sales floor, and back of house standards on a daily basisAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the businessDemonstrate ethical and honest behavior in day-to-day interactions and business decisionsMust be flexible and able to react to the needs of the businessMay hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.   At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.  This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay. The variable compensation estimated annual range is $6,000 - $12,500.

Pay Range:

$44,745.00-$60,420.00 Annual
