We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Retail Credit Risk Manager - WPB RISK COE HUB CHINA (HASE HK).

Principal responsibilities

Support the regulatory and business MIs management in relations to retail portfolio so as to achieve better risk management capability. Support model assessment for credit risk models to ensure compliance with the Group, PRA and HKMA requirements. Develop and automate comprehensive MI risk reporting, prepare regulatory and internal reports.Work with HASE/Regional/Group Risk, Finance, IT and business units to ensure requisite support on MI and model monitoring implementation.Able to work with business and support the business with the right analytics solution.Prepare standard processes and service levels to allow the sharing of best practice; support functional activity and/or work with HSBC Group across region or specific functionParticipate in user acceptance tests, as well as documenting the work procedures of related processes.
