About the location:
AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. The pristine terrain includes trails perfect for canyoning and exploring the rugged cliffs and valleys. Join our pre-opening Food & Beverage team as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to support the launch and daily operations of one of our dynamic dining outlets. You will help shape guest experiences, drive team performance, and uphold Four Seasons' commitment to exceptional service and memorable dining moments.
What You Will Do
Assist with pre-opening activities including staff onboarding, service sequence planning, menu training, and outlet setup.
Support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and effective coordination between the service and culinary teams.
Lead and coach team members on service excellence, guest interaction, upselling techniques, and adherence to brand standards.
Engage with guests, resolve concerns promptly, and contribute to delivering memorable dining experiences.
Maintain a strong floor presence during service periods, providing hands-on support and guidance.
Oversee hygiene practices, par stock levels, and visual presentation of the outlet in line with Four Seasons expectations.
Assist with team scheduling, daily briefings, and performance management processes.
Collaborate on the planning and execution of special events, seasonal promotions, and guest activations.
Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, inventory, menu engineering, and cash control.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all food and beverage offerings.
Recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, coach, and discipline team members in line with Four Seasons standards.
Maintain visibility within the outlet, foster guest recognition, build strong guest relations, and manage special requests or concerns.
Provide cross-support to other F&B outlets and operations as needed.
What You Bring
Minimum of two years’ experience in similar role in a luxury or upscale casual dining environment.
Pre-opening experience in high-end dining concepts is a strong advantage.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and guest engagement skills.
A passion for food, service excellence, and building meaningful guest connections.
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is essential.
