Delaware North Travel is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Fort Lauderdale Airport in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the management team to ensure high standards of service, quality, and efficiency across all outlets. You will help oversee daily operations, support inventory management, assist with training, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. PayMinimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43,888 - $54,100 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about youMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standardsKnowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety proceduresStrong communication, organizational, and time management skillsProficient computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systemsAbility to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certificationsCapacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
