PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Overall Technical responsibility for all site facilities engineering operations across SE Asia, Japan and ANZ.Assist the Regional Engineering Lead in the delivery of engineering services across APAC.Delegate for the Regional Engineering Lead during the Regional Engineering Lead’s absence as required.Engineer Subject Matter Expert providing oversight and guidance to engineering managers and staff.Develop ongoing training programs, identifying and developing additional training processes where necessary to consistently improve overall team skill levels.Co-responsible for compliance of all regulatory laws and guidelines as they relate to the operation of any of the building’s equipment and/or systems along with mandatory health and safety training.To manage comprehensive engineering and facilities management services. To achieve financial and other KPIs established by the clients, Regional Engineering Lead and Regional Account Director. Delivery of services in accordance with the client’s Management Agreement SLA.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee a team of engineers and work with engineers to ensure they are qualified and trained to perform the duties they are expected to carry outEstablish Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out to the engineersEnsure compliance with all governmental regulationsAssists in the performance of installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical, electrical, and power generation equipment and systemsOperates systems in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with government regulatory compliance and standard operating proceduresThe single point of technical issue for FM/Engineers on siteImplement the energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilitiesManaging all contract vendors to carries out technical audits/ maintenance for all installation as scheduleDevelop of technical service standardInitiate planning of Critical Environment procedureProvide solutions for technical issueInitiate a system to measure the quality of performance on a monthly basisInitiate Preventive Management ProgramResponsible for Early involvement in Facilities Operation and provide advisory service during Site Inspection and Project DevelopmentSolution Provision for minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completionManagement and supervision of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance on engineering systems via system vendors or JLL technician teamManagement of parts inventory and life cycle replacementMaintenance of as-fitted drawing and O&M manualAssist to complete the clients/JLL audits on engineering systems and servicesEstablishment and implementation of engineering budgetsChair SE Asia, Japan and ANZ weekly meetingsOperate CMR and BMR ticketsOrganize power downsCommunicate with the BMO/ Landlords for building issues for the clients operations and interests24 x 7 emergency call support and site attendance as requiredPreparing incident reportsAssist monthly FM reportDelegate for the Regional Engineering Lead and Senior Engineer as requiredREQUIREMENTS
University degree or professional qualification in engineeringOver 5 years practical experience in facilities maintenance operationsExperience of engineering systems troubleshootingAbility to think laterally and deliver innovative solutionsStrong interpersonal, decision-making and people skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsFluent spoken & written EnglishFluent spoken & written local languageIT literateKEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
