As the Talent Marketing Specialist, you’ll bring Philips’ employer brand to life, crafting compelling go-to-market strategies, campaigns and tactics that will attract, excite and influence top talent to work at Philips. You will be the subject matter expert and advisor to the Business and/or Regions assigned to you on all talent attraction matters, enabling the organization to attract and retain the most critical talent needed for business success.

Talent attraction strategy
Develop and deploy go-to-market talent marketing strategies and campaigns in your assigned Business/Region, to attract and engage the best-fit talent that meets business goals, prioritizing key talent personasStrategic business partnering and senior stakeholder management
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders including Talent Services, People, and Business leaders, offering audience persona insights and guidance on talent marketing best practices, in support of organizational talent attraction and engagement goalsCollaborate with Brand & Communications, People Communications and Business Marketing to drive synergy and amplify brand reach and presence, ensuring a unified and compliant brand experience for talentEVP advisory, promotion and activation
Drive the promotion and activation of Philips’ Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through the development of consistent and compelling content across owned and earned channels, adapted for your assigned Business/Region, in alignment with the global EVPProvide EVP advisory services to your assigned Business/Region, helping translate the global EVP messaging into relevant and customized proof points (reasons to believe)Candidate experience

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field of study
Experience
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a marketing or brand communications-focused role
