How Will You Make an Impact?
As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that manufacturing processes meet quality standards and compliance requirements. You will lead and coordinate quality assurance inspectors, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
What Will You Do?
Conduct, coordinate, and report on regular process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate inspection personnel, ensuring proper workflow and adherence to schedules.
Provide leadership, training, and guidance to inspectors to ensure consistency in inspections.
Maintain inspection schedules and prioritize activities based on production needs.
Implement quality improvement measures to enhance process efficiency and reduce defects.
Document audit and inspection findings and ensure corrective actions are tracked and implemented.
Communicate findings and recommend corrective actions to key stakeholders.
How Will You Get Here?
Education & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in process auditing and inspection within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in quality management principles, Jabil tools, R&R (Repeatability & Reproducibility), and quality inspections.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and manufacturing processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze audit results and implement effective corrective actions.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and auditing techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with IPC-A-610 standards is highly desirable.
