Key Responsibilities As the Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day success of the community and act as the right hand to the Property Manager. Leasing & Resident Support + Handle all leasing activities including tours, applications, and lease execution + Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents + Collect and accurately enter rental payments Operations & Administration + Maintain detailed records of daily traffic, leasing activity, and resident interactions + Assist in processing service and maintenance requests + Conduct regular inspections of models, common areas, and amenities + Help inspect vacant apartments and prepare them for occupancy Leadership & Team Support + Step in for the Property Manager when needed + Collaborate with the onsite team to maintain high standards of property appearance and performance + Support community initiatives and resident events Ready to take the next step in your property management career?
