Role description:
This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world. Role accountabilities
You will be responsible for:
Delivery of timely and accurate data collection, analysis and reports. Interpreting and communicating project support policies, processes and systems. Communicating and highlighting project process compliance issues to project managers. Support with the preparation of project plans, reports and reviews. Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of project-related documentation throughout its lifecycle. This includes implementing document control procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting the project team in organizing and retrieving critical documents Internal and external communication and highlighting project process compliance issues to project managers. Preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations. The candidate will assist the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This position involves a variety of tasks aimed at facilitating smooth project operations and enhancing team productivity. Contribute to the evaluation of project processes, suggesting improvements and sharing best practices to enhance project delivery outcomes. General organizational tasks.Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Finance/Economics, etc.) master’s degree an advantage. Previous relevant experience in project and program management, preferably within multinational companies or in US, UK, EU, AUS projects. Good communication, analytical skills and team spirit. A structured way of working and organizational talent. A high level of personal responsibility and self-discipline. Experienced user of IT including use of Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook. Previous experience in project and program management tools and platforms (Smartsheet, PowerBI, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.). Familiarity of project and program management methodologies or frameworks (PMI, APM, Agile, etc.). Ability to solve problems, using information from a variety of sources to aid analysis and make timely decisions. Ability to deal with multiple tasks in parallel and sharing knowledge appropriately. Strong English language skills. German, French, Italian, Spanish, as a second language is a big plus.Why Arcadis?
