Our services include infrastructure improvement, heavy civil construction, vertical construction, site development for government and state agencies and private enterprise across the United States. **GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY** The Project Manager Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Project Manager in overseeing and coordinating construction and industrial services projects. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and adherence to safety standards and protocols set by AIS Infrastructure. **MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** + Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. + Coordinate and track project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. + Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. + Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. + Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making processes. **EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES** + Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance to access secured facilities, including military bases. + Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management is generally required to be successful in this role. + Knowledge of construction safety and current federal & OSHA requirements + In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices. + Familiarity with construction management software and tools. + Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Analytical and problem-solving skills. + Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Customer service and client management skills **TRAVEL** + Travel to project sites may be necessary. **BENEFITS** We are dedicated to our employees' well-being and believe that every one of our employees has the right to work in an environment that is safe, welcoming, and inclusive.
