We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (CSA) to support the delivery of mission-critical data centre projects. This role involves coordinating and managing the civil, structural, and architectural aspects of construction, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Job Description
About the Role:
Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing CSA works for data centre construction.Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure CSA scope aligns with project specifications.Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, design intent, and construction quality.Review and manage project documentation including RFIs, method statements, technical submittals, and drawings.Support in preparing construction work programs, execution plans, and progress reports.Identify and resolve discrepancies between design and construction drawings.Participate in regular coordination meetings with MEP, commissioning, and other disciplines.Ensure timely delivery of CSA milestones including red-line drawings, as-built documentation, and handover packages.About You:Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in data centre, industrial, or commercial projects.Strong technical knowledge of CSA disciplines and construction methodologies.Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple stakeholders.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
