Project Manager, Commercial Glazing

Responsibilities

Plan, budget, and identify resources needed for assigned projectsMonitor construction activities, ensuring each phase moves according to scheduleDraft RFIs, change orders, and modifications to projectsEnsure contract complianceCommunicate regularly with Project Manager/General Contractor on a projects progressRoutinely travel to jobsites during the project and during the closeout process

Qualifications

1-2+ years of project management experience in construction requiredExperience with RFIs, change orders, and modifications to projects requiredSchedule management skills requiredIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas) requiredAbility to travel approximately 25% to jobsites in Memphis, TN area

Compensation Range

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00

The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
