**Job Description**
**AECOM is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to work in Lima, Peru.**
**The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:**
+ In partnership with the Project Manager, you will assist in leading the project team (Architects & Engineers), or multiple teams in the delivery of a wide range of projects
+ Ensuring project completion within budget, schedule and in conformance with specifications
+ Reviewing contracts and sub-contracts and assisting to manage subcontractors
+ Monitoring project financials and reporting to the Project Manager
+ Assist in leading calls with project team and preparing meeting minutes
+ Assist with client meetings and preparing meeting minutes
+ Developing and maintaining design schedules for approval
+ Resolving client review comments with the project team
+ Assist in preparing project design review presentation.
+ Maintain action items and request for information to the client
+ Resolving field-initiated questions with the technical design team
+ Coordinating and directing activities among the design groups
+ Participating and attending design review meetings and recording meeting minutes and tracking action items
+ Coordinating the development of project deliverables with the design team
+ Participating in building and maintaining a positive client relationship
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering + 2 years of related experience and/or education
+ Experience in developing design reports, drawings, and specifications
+ Proficient in MS Suite, SharePoint and remote communications applications such as Teams, Zoom, etc.
+ Experience in managing subcontractors
+ Experience in services during construction, including answering RFI’s and reviewing submittals
+ Ability to be client facing and lead client discussions.

+ Intermediate or higher level of English.
