The Narendra Paul Loomba Department of Management at the Zicklin School of Business is pleased to invite applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Operations and Decision Analytics (ODA), commencing in August of 2026. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain a rigorous research agenda in operations and decision analytics, leading to publications in top-tier journals such as Management Science, Operations Research, and Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, as well as contribute to the doctoral concentration in ODA. We welcome both analytical and empirical research orientations. Junior ODA faculty typically teach a BBA course as well as a technical PhD seminar. More senior ODA faculty (i.e., senior assistant professor and higher) are expected to contribute to the Zicklin School’s growing catalog of operations and analytics courses at the MBA and MS levels. **QUALIFICATIONS** We seek applicants who hold a PhD (or are ABD) in Operations Research, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field. **COMPENSATION** $ 175,000 – $ 190,000; commensurate with qualifications and experience.
