How you will make an impact

The Assistant Product Manager role consists of executing our product plans all through supporting the optimization of  the product portfolio and maintain its compliance. This requires strong attention to details and a deep knowledge of our products, systems and procedures. You will work in close collaboration with Brand and other Product Managers in developing our portfolio. You will also collaborate with a wide stakeholder network (local and global) within Marketing, Sales, Innovation & Supply chain. You will deliver on local plans and our ambitious growth targets. Furthermore you will drive and participate in projects, processes and procedures to achieve operational targets and service standards key to business delivery

You will report to the Head of Milk & Yoghurt Category in the marketing department.

 

A key focus will be to drive product and packaging related activities such as execution of product launches and changes of products and packaging Create and maintain master data in different systems Drive profitability and net revenue growth of the portfolio through portfolio optimization Support the strategic direction setting based on consumer & category insights and develop plans to grow the Milk & Yoghurt business Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams across Arla Foods – e.g. work close with dairies, supply chain and sales to deliver on common project.

 

What will make you successful

 In this role you need to enjoy a fast phased environment and have a  genuine interest in the FMCG industry. You need to be a great collaborator and coordinator, have a solution orientated approach and be accurate. The role includes administrative tasks with clear deadlines in a wide range of systems, so being structured & good at planning/self-leadership is crucial.

You are curious and you have a growth mindset – willing to develop and challenge the status quo. Your collaboration skills are strong and you have excellent influencing skills

 

A strong academic track record with a completed university degree Strong project management skills will be crucial to effectively deliver in the role Relevant work experience is a plus Arla corporate language is English but we expect you having Swedish as native language since this role requires to command the language perfectly to handle systems and product information
