KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of IC BU procurement team, support the development and lead the implementation of procurement strategy in a diverse and complex portfolio. Including:- Deep understanding of material value chains and optimize delivered costs.
- Delivering of financial targets via excellent market understanding, strategy implementations and negotiation skills.
- Implement global negotiation results and drive quick alternative supplier development when needed to maximize value and increase resilience.
Managing Asia Ice cream CM projects and suppliers, including:Deeply involved in 3-4 IC CM management with around total 20 innovation projects annually, including exportation to Southeast Asian countries.IC raw material, package material, necessary manufacture processing deep dive.Closely work with internal cross functional teams and CMs to ensure OTIF and maintain good relationships.New CM development in different regions and countries.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor’s degree or above.Fluent in English and Chinese.Previous experience in FMCG / Food / Ice Cream, or at least 3 years experience in procurement / commercial function / consultancy, will be a plus.
