Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesOverall responsibilities and duties:
The role of the Assistant of Plant Controller is to support the monitoring of plant’s financial indicators for management control.
The main missions of the role are:
o Manage sale prices, orders and customer contracts;
o Follow up overheads and scrap and prepare analyses variances;
o Support the preparation of the differents financial reportings and analysis of deviations from the budget and forecast;
o Develop the product costing (margins);
o Cooperate with the diferent departments to guarantee accurate financial data and follow up;
o Analyse and follow-up of customers late payment (overdues);
o Support the plant controller in various tasks for which there is solicitation;
o Management and follow up of vender invoices management
o Participate in Plant FES plan;
o Ensure 5s in workstation;
o Proceed to the actions designated in the emergency plan;
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Degree in economics or business management
Experience:
o First experience in controlling, or significant apprenticeship experience in controlling preferably in industrial environment
Skills and competencies:
o Domain of controlling, economics and accountability concepts
o Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems
o Critical spirit
o Good analytical skills
o Teamwork and ability to work in a matrix environment
o Good communication skills
o Fluent in English required
