En tant qu’Assistant planning transport, vous faites partie des équipes pour assurer l’acheminement de marchandises, gérer les dossiers de déclaration en douane, ou de réservation de fret.
Principales responsabilités :
Concevoir un plan d'acheminement de marchandises,
Maîtriser les techniques de chiffrage tarifaire,
Codifier la marchandise à partir du descriptif fourni par le client,
Collecter les documents d'expédition de la marchandise,
Constituer le dossier de la prestation (transit, douane),
Intervenir sur des dossiers de déclaration en douane ou de réservation de fret,
Réaliser et contrôler les documents liés à la circulation internationale de la marchandise (facture douanière, déclaration administrative unique, lettre de crédit),
Suivre l'acheminement des marchandises,
Informer le client sur le déroulement et présenter des solutions en cas d'anomalies,
Traiter des dossiers de contentieux (litiges, réclamations),
Savoir utiliser des Systèmes de gestion des transports (Transport Management System - TMS) et un logiciel d'échange de données informatisées (EDI).
