Location Name Columbus Corporate Headquarters Responsibilities The Amazon Brand Store Planning & Allocation Business Partner is a key contributor to the growth and success of our Amazon business. This role supports inventory planning, replenishment, and performance analysis to help us drive sales, improve profitability, and maintain strong in-stock positions. This role works cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Merchandising to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the creation and maintenance of financial plans for the Express Amazon brand storeMonitor product performance, identify sales opportunities, and assist in managing stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstocksForecast demand at the SKU level using historical data, trends, and marketing plansAssist in planning and executing Amazon shipments and replenishmentsCollaborate with Production and Merchandising teams to place Amazon-specific ordersConduct basic assortment and SKU rationalization analysis to optimize product mixPartner with finance on open-to-buy planning and inventory investment strategyPrepare reporting and analytics that support weekly, monthly and quarterly selling meetingsParticipate in inventory allocation and rebalancing decisions to support business goalsHelp identify process improvements and recommend system enhancements
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field1–3 years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory analysis (internships and co-ops count)Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large sets of dataHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft ExcelCurious, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-moving e-commerce environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsCollaborative mindset and effective verbal and written communication skillsAmazon experience or familiarity with Seller Central is a plus, but not required
