Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Planner Temp to support the team with various distribution functions in the HBC (Health, Beauty, Cosmetics) and GM (General Merchandise) departments. This role focuses on execution, team support, and, where needed, report updates and analytical tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and demonstrates strong decision-making skills under tight timelines. Responsibilities: + Assist with distribution processes across HBC and GM departments. + Provide team support by handling execution tasks and administrative activities. + Contribute to report updates and analytical support as needed. + Maintain a strong attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and make quick, effective decisions based on limited information. + Intermediate Excel proficiency (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). + Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
