Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Operations Manager to support daily logistics operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong experience in inbound and outbound processes, team supervision, and safety compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise warehouse operations across inbound and outbound functions.Manage workflow, assign tasks, and ensure timely order processing.Enforce safety protocols and conduct forklift safety training (this role does not involve operating a forklift).Support employee coaching, training, and corrective actions as needed.Monitor production goals and provide support in high-volume environments.


Work Experience

5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse/distribution operations.

Must be a certified forklift trainer (will train others, not operate).

Strong background in inbound/outbound logistics.

Experience managing teams and driving productivity.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 5:00 AM until work is complete.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
