The Role\: Assistant Operations Manager

To lead a team of Data Architects.

What will you do?

· Manage a team of agents specializing in Data Architecture

· Conduct regular performance and individual development planning and coaching

· Conduct annual performance reviews in coordination with functional managers 

· Participate in the recruitment of new team members when necessary

· Conduct SIM meetings to manage operational workload of the team

· Perform or execute process standardization, performance improvement plans to achieve KPIs

· Conduct RCA and recommend/execute action plans to improve processes and performance

· Manage stakeholders and work with functional managers of the processes handled

· Manage customer escalations

· Participate or lead team performance reviews

· Perform managerial functions related to site management, payroll and HR processes
