Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting shipment process flow and ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.Entering and monitoring shipment data to maintain customer satisfactionAssisting the Supervisor with workload allocation, KPIs, and reportingBuilding strong customer relationships and responding to inquiriesSupporting invoicing and productivity tools within the teamPromoting a positive and collaborative team cultureQualifications2+ years of industry experience (logistics background preferred)Knowledge of Expeditors policies, services and systems (preferred)Strong computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, etc)Fluent in English with excellent communication skillsStrong organizational skills and time managementTeam player with initiative, problem-solving mindset, and leadership potentialAdditional InformationWhy Join Us?
