**BayCare Health System** is currently seeking an **Assistant Nurse Manager** to join our outstanding and compassionate **Pedi GI/Neuro** unit at **St. Joseph's Hospital Children's Hospital.** **Position Description:** **Assistant Nurse Manager** The Assistant Nurse Manager (Supervisor) is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills. Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring , counseling and terminating process. Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information.
