Summary:

The Assistant Nurse Manager (Supervisor) is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills.Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process.Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information.Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.Performs other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience: 2 years RN Acute, Post-Acute, or Sub-Acute experience Preferred Experience: 1 year of Leadership experience Strongly Preferred: Perioperative experience
