Responsibilities

Community Regional is California's third busiest Emergency Department. This 156-bed department serves more than 300 patients a day, spanning all levels of acuity. As part of the only Level I Trauma Center and comprehensive burn center between Los Angeles and Sacramento, you will help lead care beyond the Central Valley. 

Apply the leadership and administrative skills you developed at the bedside to support a dynamic team serving a diverse and high-acuity patient population. Coordinate patient care, foster staff development, drive performance improvements, and ensure operational efficiency.  Foster a positive working environment in your unit as part of an inclusive workplace where diversity and individual differences are valued, and you actively help team members navigate their career growth and development. 

As a member of the unit leadership team, the Assistant Nurse Manager is an exempt level role scheduled 8-hour shifts. 

 

Qualifications RN – Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required BLS – Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required Certifications as required for the unit  Disclaimers
