This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. **Responsibilities:**
+ Assist senior millworkers in building and assembling cabinets, casework, and architectural millwork components.
+ Help with cutting, sanding, drilling, gluing, and fitting parts during production.
+ Operate basic woodworking machinery and tools under supervision (saws, sanders, drills, etc.)
+ Install hardware (hinges, pulls, drawer slides, etc.) as directed.
+ Support finishing tasks, such as edge-banding, sanding, and prep for paint or stain.
+ Prepare and organize materials for upcoming jobs.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
+ Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
**Qualifications:**
+ Prior woodworking or construction experience preferred but not required.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in woodworking/millwork.
+ Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, or cut lists.
+ Good teamwork and communication skills.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work on your feet for extended periods.
+ Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the trade.
