This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. **Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the fabrication and assembly of custom casework, cabinets, and millwork. -
+ Support senior caseworkers and cabinetmakers with cutting, sanding, drilling, and fitting components. -
+ Operate and maintain basic woodworking tools and equipment safely. -
+ Prepare, stage, and organize materials for production. -
+ Assist with laminating, hardware installation, and finishing tasks. -
+ Inspect completed pieces for accuracy, quality, and finish. -
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area. -
+ Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
**Qualifications:**
+ Previous woodworking, millwork, or construction experience preferred but not required.
+ Willingness to learn and grow within the trade.
+ Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment.
+ Ability to read and follow simple drawings, instructions, or cut lists.
+ Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
+ Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
