If you’re creative, organized, and love all things branding, storytelling, and social, we want to meet you. **Key Responsibilities:** + Support the execution of creative marketing campaigns that bring our brand to life across digital, social, and print channels. + Assist in managing content calendars, social media, and digital storytelling to keep our audience engaged and inspired. + Work closely with design teams, media partners, and influencers to develop compelling visuals and messaging. + Help monitor campaign performance, interpret analytics, and suggest smart improvements. + Stay up to date with trends in travel, hospitality, and digital marketing — and be ready to bring fresh ideas to the table. + Collaborate with Sales, Events, and F&B teams to promote hotel offerings and activations. + Ensure brand guidelines are followed consistently in all marketing and guest-facing materials. **Qualifications:** + Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. + 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands. + Solid understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and content creation. + A strong eye for design and storytelling — bonus points if you’ve used Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools. + Comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) and using data to drive decisions. + Positive, proactive attitude with great communication and project management skills. + Fluent in English; Additional languages are a plus. **Primary Location:** AE-DU-Dubai **Organization:** Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Marketing **Req ID:** DUB006284 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
