We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Marketing Manager, Global Private Banking Marketing.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will:

Prepare invitations and marketing materials for various events and campaignsManage guest list registration and maintain accurate dataCoordinate with the Asia Pacific team to update event calendars and business reportsSupport event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, audiovisual equipment, and signageProvide onsite support during events, ensuring a seamless experience for guestsAssist with post-event activities, such as updating attendee lists and preparing communicationsSupport the creation of brand and marketing materials, including social media, online and below-the-line collaterals to drive awareness on the brand, products and services
