AM – WFM (1 Role for Scheduling)WFM Scheduler Job DescriptionPosition Overview: A Workforce Management (WFM) Scheduler is responsible for forecasting workload, creating schedules, and ensuring adequate staffing coverage to meet operational demands. This role involves analyzing data, monitoring real-time adherence, and adjusting optimize workforce efficiency.Key Responsibilities:• Forecasting workload: Predicting future staffing needs based on historical data and business requirements.• Creating schedules: Developing shift schedules for staff to ensure maximum coverage and efficient operation.• Monitoring attendance: Tracking employee attendance and managing absences or tardiness.• Optimizing resources: Ensuring the right number of staff is available at the right times to meet service levels.• Adjusting schedules: Making real-time adjustments to schedules due to unexpected changes.• Reporting: Generating reports on staffing levels, schedule adherence, and performance metrics.• Compliance: Ensuring schedules comply with labor laws and company policies.Skills and Qualifications:• Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze data and forecast staffing needs.• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with workforce management tools such as NICE, Verint, Aspect, or similar software• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.• Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.• Problem-solving skills: Ability to make real-time adjustments and resolve scheduling conflicts.• Knowledge of labor laws: Understanding of labor laws and scheduling best practices.Education and Experience:• Experience in workforce management: Previous experience in scheduling or related roles.• Technical expertise: Proficiency in workforce management software.• Educational background: A degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
