Inviting applications for the role of Wellness Team Lead – Trust Safety (Assistant Manager)
Responsibilities
•Administration of wellness program compliance by project team.
•Align with leads on current wellbeing initiatives and report site trends/issues.
•Ensure the cross-site collaboration on wellness sessions among the wellness coordinators.
•Identify and raise trends and issues to operations staff and team as appropriate.
•Ensure that educational trainings and wellness activities for Operations staff are implemented by the coordinators.
•Monitor the performance and coach the wellness coordinators team for the account.
•Work with the Wellness Coordinators within the organization around compliance, other metrics and calibrate the wellness program with the team based on feedback.
•Manage the wellness program orientation for new joiners / backfills execution.
•Ensure that the refresher trainings for the agents on the program to educate them on the benefits of the program are implemented by the coordinators.
•Vendor management for the specified account/region.
•Maintaining wellness dashboards
•Collect Feedback for enhancing wellness programs
•Conduct opinion surveys or needs assessments on floors
•Perform all tasks in compliance with Genpact internal policies, procedures.
•Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks.
Qualifications
•Bachelor degree preferably in a Social Science, Education or Psychology
•People leadership skills
•Project management skills
•Advanced level of English, min C1
•Knowledge, experience, and interest in wellness and Trust Safety
•An eye for detail, flexible, attentive, helpful teammate, with to-do attitude
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•IT Savvy (Microsoft and Google Excel/Forms/Slides experience)
•Creative problem-solving and analysis skills
•Super effective at planning and organizing
•Stress-resilient and works well under strict deadlines
•This job will request working onsite in a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts
