Assistant Manager - TCS, NMIPL
Second level overseas Market support (line tickets) and Warranty Support Platform Mailbox response within targeted time.Query & claim validation:  approved / returned / rejected within shortest time.Claims on Paint & Corrosion queries assessed within targeted time.High-cost warranty claim items to be analyzed and escalated monthly with proposed countermeasure (e.g. pre-authorisation rule, bulletin etc)Regular reports to be issued before agreed deadlineWarranty claims allocation to responsible manufacturer/supplierNew Model Operation Codes Validation & Setup in system.Reporting to local and regional level.

Educational Qualification and experience:

Diploma / BE - Mechanical, Automobile, or equivalent with 4-5 years of experienceMin 3+ years of experience in Warranty Operations with good understanding on dealer warranty process.Sound experience on data analytics, solution generation and prepare management presentation.Must have advanced level skill on Microsoft office - Excel (including Pivot Tables and Macros)
