Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition
• Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment across the functions • Define, develop and drive strategy to meet recruiting demand which is aligned to organizational priorities, while ensuring systematic, ethical and consistent hiring policies and practices are followed • Primary focus on closing mandates & building pipeline through various sources for current and future requirements • Partnering with the business (hiring managers & skip levels) to set the expectations as per the pool availability in the market versus the requirement & share market insights • Driving internal mobility through Internal Job Postings • Ensure a seamless candidate experience all through the hiring process • Driving various strategic projects/programmes for organization-wide impact
