Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager-Supply Chain Management
Responsibilities
In this role, the shortlisted candidate will be responsible to perform the following:
• Analyze on current and past delivery performance for errors, understand what is causing them and create actionable plans to reduce errors .
• Identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex supply chain problems using data mining, analytics and business judgement.
• Proactively review supplier performance and regularly identify suppliers to prioritize and engage with and review processes to improve accuracy of delivery information relayed to the customer.
• Engage with the suppliers, alongside procurement teams, in resolving OTIF delivery and accuracy of information coming in from the suppliers.
• Proactively monitor accuracy of information coming in from the supplier and take corrective action if short of expectations.
• Drive automation and simplification within our processes in line with the company philosophy through CI and co-operative work stream planning

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

• Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
• Rich experience with Angular Python
• Good Understanding on UI framework
• Knowledge on jQuery and JavaScript
• Prior experience to demonstrate ability to analyze UI framework, analyze the patterns and draw actionable plans.

Preferred qualifications

• Tech Savvy person with ability to learn and use new tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships
• Able to challenge the status quo and drive for high performance along with strong collaborative and influencing skills
• Ability to operate within a global organization and to demonstrate cultural awareness
• Diversity and Inclusive aware
• Be a team player and drive for process automation through CI methodology and co-operative work stream planning skills
• Understanding on AWS
• Understanding on Data Engineering concepts will be added advantage
• Sound commercial and business acumen with a keen eye on internal and external global market factors and trends
