THE JOB:

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the quick service and coffee operation outlets. You will have beverage knowledge, including food and beverage menu items, and familiarity with restaurant operations. You will be skilled in leading and mentoring a team and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Review daily schedules and manage time off and vacation requests; coach and train on policies, procedures, and performance.

Ensure complete compliance with Health Department and Fire Marshall Regulations.

Assist in seasonal menu changes and holiday menu changes.

Exercise cost controls for all aspects of restaurant operation.

Manage pricing and maintenance issues to ensure checks can be processed correctly.

Direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations.

The IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High school diploma or equivalent.

2 years of service experience in a similar environment.

Food and beverage experience in a high-volume environment.

Prior experience working in a Starbucks/quick service environment.

Experience working in a resort/casino environment.

Experience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
